X-Lite Finishing Tape X-Lite Finishing Tape is manufactured in a similar process as X-Lite Splinting & Casting Material, but the base is cotton gauze instead of cotton mesh. Available in 3/4 IN, 1 IN, and 2 IN widths - strips or dispenser packaging. Just dip in the heated water for a few seconds and it is ready to adhere to your splint for edging, or to pile straps so they can easily be attached to your splints. Uses Add a nice smooth edging to your X-Lite splints Wrap around ends of your pile straps - heat with your heat gun and attach to your splints. Use to attach outrigger or other components to your splints.
